This stamp was issued by the Canadian government in 2006 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Canadian Museum of Civilization (now the Canadian Museum of History). It depicts a transformation mask of the Haida people from around the 1860s. The mask portrays an Eagle or Thunderbird closed, and open (as shown in the stamp), it the Moon.
